Rising Baseball Stars NFT (RBS) is excited to announce that they have partnered with former MLB player and 2x World Series Champ, Ryan Kalish.
Kalish was drafted in the 9th round of the 2006 Draft and continued his professional career for the Red Sox and Cubs organizations through 2016, winning WS rings for the Red Sox in 2013 and the Cubs in 2016.
Kalish is now involved in a popular and growing wood bat company, Birdman Bats, and has become a crypto and NFT enthusiast. After getting linked up through another NFT project, RBS and Kalish immediately realized the passions and synergies the two shared:
“I am involved in the Rising Stars Baseball NFT project, #1, because I love the team constructing the project. Solid guys from my home state who genuinely love baseball and blockchain. The project will create an amazing new and innovative baseball community who want to see the success of many young baseball players. The creation of these NFTs will create value in memorabilia and the player themselves. Win-win. I can’t wait to see where this project leads!” –Ryan Kalish
The Rising Baseball Stars NFT community will be minting Player Card NFTs on the Ethereum blockchain for the game’s rising prospects and eventual superstars. Athletes that join the RBS ecosystem will enjoy next-level exposure for their Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL). Kalish joins the RBS team as the VP of Strategic Partnerships.
